Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days. Free UPS Ground shipping is available on retail orders within the continental U.S.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused, unopened merchandise in its original sealed packaging. Authorized U.S. returns are subject to a $20 return shipping and processing fee.
Sale items and personalized, monogrammed, or embroidered items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Holiday purchases made between December 10 and January 1 are eligible for an extended 30-day return window.
